St. Augustine Country Festival & Craft Beer Fest on tap this weekend

The St. Augustine Country Festival & Craft Beer Fest will feature live music and more than 50 craft beer brands, fine wines and spirits, as well as vendors, food trucks and a kids’ zone. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 16 at Francis Field, 25 West Castillo Drive, in downtown St. Augustine, next to the parking lot.

“Our goal is to have lots of fun, to offer a wide variety of beers as well as great food,” said Mario Pi, president of Festival and Event Inc., the event organizer. “There’s nothing like it in Northeast Florida.”

Live music and entertainment begins at 12:15 p.m. with local band The Bridge Street Vibe, followed by Wild Connection, author Anthony Edwards, Terry Cassidy, Headin’ Home Bluegrass, the Bourbon Brothers and headliner Billy Lord. See the program on staugustinecountryfest.com.

The Craft Beer Festival is an event as part of the St. Augustine Country Festival that runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and features craft beers from all over Florida, the United States, and beyond. Varieties include St. Augustine’s Ancient City Brewing; Cigar City Brewery and Coppertail Brewery, both of Tampa; First Magnitude Brewing Company of Gainesville; Bold City Brewery, Veterans United Craft Brewery and Intuition Ale Works, all of Jacksonville; Dogfish Head Brewery in Delaware; Sweetwater Brewery in Atlanta; and many more from across the country. Headin' Home Bluegrass will play the St. Augustine Country Festival from 4:30-5:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 16.

Admission to St. Augustine Country Fest is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 3-12. Tickets can be purchased online at staugustinecountryfest.com or at the door.

The Craft Beer Festival offers two types of tickets, available at entry or in advance on eventbrite at bit.ly/3c8boIR:

  • $79 VIP all-inclusive offers unlimited samples of craft beer, wine, and spirits, plus food.
  • $29 Drinks only are the same as VIP but with food to purchase.

Both tickets also allow access to the Country Festival.
