KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah says any deficit in confidence in the country’s ability must be resolved quickly to enable the country to rise up on the world stage.
