Family Fun: Houston Art Car Experience and the Pasadena Strawberry Festival are the best choices
The Houston Art Car Experience returns this year with two different events for the whole family.

Houston Art Car Experience
During the day, attendees can explore the five-acre Orange Show campus on foot through a maze of 80 art cars and learn about each one via a digital audio / visual tour on their smartphones. . There will be crafts for the kids, food and drink available for purchase. The experience will transform in the evening into the Houston Art Car Experience By Night with light displays and live musical performances from The Suffers, Los Skarnales, Tomar & The FCs and The Bayou City Funk.

‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’
Levy Park is hosting a free, socially distanced screening of “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.” Food and drinks, including beer and wine, will be available for purchase at Love Shack and Side Dough. No furniture will be allowed on the lawn; blankets can be used. Designated seating positions will be marked to promote social distance.

Houston Grand Opera presents ‘Marian’s Song’
A family performance based on the life of Marian Anderson, one of the 20th century’s most famous singers, who broke racial barriers throughout her rich career, becoming the first black singer to perform at the Metropolitan Opera in 1955 This performance is live on stage and online, viewers can choose to watch it on the Miller Outdoor Theater website, YouTube channel, or Facebook page.

Dr. Seuss’ experience

Family Day: Eid
